Linear Recruitment are searching for experienced Resident Liaison Officers (RLO) to join our client in Southeast London, covering Lewisham and Greenwich. You will be a key player in ensuring planned / reactive works are completed to customers’ homes. This is a permanent role with numerous positions available. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with customers face to face and coming to resolutions quickly and calmy. This is a fast-paced role so previous experience working in a fast paced environment is crucial.

Job duties:

* First point of contact for customers, engaging through face to face meetings, open days, on the phone and newsletters.

* Communicating updates to customers, site teams and internal stakeholders.

* Providing a high level of customer aftercare.

* Managing expectations of customers and site teams.

Experience required:

* Direct experience as an RLO is preferred.

* Ideally you will have experience from a contractor in a RLO or community engagement role completing planned / reactive maintenance.

* Must have very strong communication skills.

* Must be able to deal with difficult customers in an emphatic manner and come to a resolution.

* Must have experience in a fast paced, high pressure role.

Benefits / package:

* Salary up £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Plus £4,500 car allowance, plus expenses.
