We are inviting applications for Relationship Officer for an international Bank based in Harrow.
JOB ROLE
➢ Undertake business development / networking activities to source and on-board new customers
➢ Increase lending business growth for branch, especially Mortgages (BTL & CRE)
➢ Increase growth in branch liability products and other core services such as Lockers, FX, and Remittance business.
➢ Seek out and Introduce new Business account relationships to the branch.
➢ Play an active part in the overall sales activity of the branch
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
➢ Responsible for enhancing branch asset sales (BTL & CRE) through the tenacious identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and by the cross selling of products to existing clients and new opportunities.
➢ Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining banking relationships through personal and client referrals, external networking and corporate relationships.
➢ To deliver superior service to the brokers or customers and to persuade them to place their business with SBI UK.
➢ To promote and attend branch's business development events and initiatives.
➢ Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of BTL & CRE cases to ensure branch business targets are achieved on a YOY basis.
➢ Action new lending requests (buy to let & commercial) and initially analyse credit worthiness.
➢ Retention of existing client base.
➢ Appropriate and effective administration, monitoring, reporting, communication to management.
➢ Responsible for undertaking any other duties as delegated by the Area Branch Manager or so designated senior officer
