Hours: 09.00 - 17.15, Monday to Friday. 2 days on site in Dunstable

Our client is a global organisation, we have an opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager Segment to join a fantastic company covering a 3 month temporary contract.

Job Summary: Regional Marketing Manager Segment

Develop and implement marketing plan and activities to activate agreed BU segment marketing strategies and activities for the area of responsibility. Has overall responsibility for assigned segment/s in a region, managing the interface to BU stakeholders.

Develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for assigned segment for a region of responsibility in line with BU guidelines.
Define route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development.
Gather end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape; select and participate in regional/local segment associations.
Together with the product team, responsible for securing launch events on country level.
Translate segment marketing materials and content for different tools
Select and organise segment trade shows
Drive lead generation by validating and following up activities such as (outbound) Distributors, Trade Shows, Advertising/DM campaigns, etc.
As the regional segment subject matter expert, conduct segment training in sales, including eLearnings.
Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in alignment with brand, product and customer marketing.
Implement ROI model and KPI's, evaluate, follow up and implement corrective actions where needed.
