Teaching Assistant - SEN Resource Base, Cardiff

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant SEN Resource Base in Cardiff. This full-time role is initially until Christmas, with the potential to continue for the full academic year. You will be supporting pupils with additional learning needs, making a real difference to their educational experience.

Responsibilities:

Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to meet individual learning needs
Assisting in the delivery of tailored educational activities
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Helping manage challenging behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured environment
Supporting students with personal care when necessaryRequirements:

Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
Registered with the EWC
