Salary: £100 - £140 per day (dependent on experience)

At Supply Teach, we are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Ripley. This is a long-term role with an immediate start, providing classroom support and leading learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering small group interventions and covering whole-class lessons
Supporting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
Providing academic and pastoral support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour in the classroom
Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

HLTA qualification (or extensive TA experience with additional responsibilities)
Confidence in leading lessons and working with groups of children
A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting pupils' learning and development
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for education
Previous experience in a primary school setting is highly desirable
