We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our client’s team, where you will take charge of building and expanding their client base within a competitive market. In this role, you'll leverage your consultative selling expertise to identify new business opportunities and deliver bespoke solutions that align with each client's unique needs.
Working as an Account Manager, your role will be to ensure that your clients are fully aware of this business’s offerings, including speaking with different department heads, and cross selling products. There is an established client base and you will be dealing with housing associates and councils on a national basis. The role will include nurturing your existing clients but looking for the opportunity to establish new contacts and new business within these accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working within a highly motivated sales team.
* Successful in Account growth and an increase in client spend
* Experience of managing multiple accounts
* Experience regenerating dormant Accounts
* Experience selling a Solution B2B
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Lead B2B sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
* Utilise CRM for tracking sales activities, analysing performance metrics, and generating reports.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
* Analyse market trends and client needs to provide tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
