A capable Building Services Revit Technician is being sought to join a talented team working in Leeds.

The role focuses on producing high-quality Revit models for MEP services and contributing to the BIM strategy for projects across government, industrial, commercial, and residential scheme.

If you are a Building Services Revit Technician, it's a fantastic opportunity to use your technical skills and client-facing experience to take a leading role.

For your application to be successful, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:

Experience: Strong experience as a Revit Technician, specifically within the MEP sector.
Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a focus on MEP services. The ability to produce detailed and coordinated 3D models for building services.
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality, coordinated Revit models for MEP systems.
Work alongside architects, engineers, and project teams to support project delivery.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of drawings, models, and schedules.
Support project teams with model reviews, clash detection, and updates as required.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
Client Interaction: Confident in liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
