Job Description
• Is familiar with today’s technologies used in the
workplace (Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, Teams VPN’s, BYOD, OneNote)

• Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware / software
used on customer sites

• Is familiar with working to SLA’s

• Is familiar from logging requests / incidents as they come
in (ServiceNow)
