Advanced Recruit are recruiting on behalf of their client in the Dudley area for a skilled and experienced flatbed laser setter to join a well established company in the Dudley area.
Job Role
* Quality focused and able to work on own initiative
* Using Tube laser machines
* Using measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometres
* Liaising with the office on new drawings/programmes
* Working with mild steel
Experience/Requirements
* Team player Reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure
* 3+ years setting and operating tube laser machine would be advantageous.
* The ability to read from engineering drawings would be advantageous.
The Package
* Negotiable pay rate of between £15 to £16.60 also to be reviewed after the probationary period.
* Working permanent afternoons 15:00 - 01:00 Monday to Thursday
* 12 week temporary to permanent
* Overtime would be available when appropriate
* Free staff parking
