Job Title: LGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver/Loader
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Contract Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an LGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver/Loader to join their growing waste recycling division based in Attleborough, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have experience in waste management, driving, and loading bins onto dustcarts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Driving an LGV Class 2 dustcart for food and general waste collections.

* Handling trade waste collections, including loading and unloading bins on set routes.

* Performing daily vehicle checks as per the Drivers Handbook.

* Ensuring all route paperwork is completed accurately.

* Maintaining vehicles in a clean and safe condition, including compliance with COVID safety protocols.

Requirements:

* Valid LGV Class 2 licence (held for at least 6 months with demonstrable experience).

* Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card.

* Good knowledge of UK roads.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* A flexible, team-oriented approach to work.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

* Flexible hours between 5 am – 5 pm.

* Average 47.5 hours per week
