Senior Site Manager / Project Manager – South Essex

ITS is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company with a strong reputation for quality and client-focused delivery. Operating across the UK, they specialize in new build and refurbishment projects valued between £0.5m and £15m across sectors including commercial, education, industrial, leisure, healthcare, and social housing.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to join their team in South Essex. If you’re a motivated leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview:

Lead and manage site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly.

Oversee subcontractors, budgets, and timelines.

*

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

*

Liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

*

Travel within the operating area as required.
