We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is a passionate, anti-racist organisation, and who is a rapidly growing business, that strives to give everyone using their services the best level of care possible. Including the staff working for them. Our client is currently rated 2nd with Cambridge county council. They have another 3 branches opening within the next 4 months. This is a great time to join the business as they grow even further.

They are seeking a compassionate and proactive leader to oversea the operational side of the business, which includes (but not limited to) liasing with the field care supervisors, social services, GPs and other outside agencies, including those using the services. You will be reporting directly into the CEO.

As a registered manager you will foster relations with the staffing teams, internally and in the field, ensure that the regulatory requirements and quality standards are met, upheld and exceed wherever possible, whilst working within budget. The aim is to be No1 within the local area. With the right person driving the business forward it is very achievable.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Managing and overseaing all aspects of the care service, including recruitment, training, supervisions,, recording and reporting.

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the clients, maintaining highlest levels of care.

- You will be required to register with CQC as the Registered Manager.

- Maintain the compliance within the scope of the regulartory and quality standards.

- Drive Business Growth - using networking initiative, alongside identifying expansion oppotunities and growth.

About you:-

- You will hold a Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or a degree in a relevant health and social care area of training.

- You will have strong leadership and management skills, being able to motivate and inspire the ever growing team.

- Great time management skills.

- Excellent written and spoken English, ability to build rapport and relationships with the clients and stakeholders.

- A Clear sound knowledge and understanding of regulartory requirements and best practices witihin the domiciallary care setting.

- You will be responsible for securing, sustainging and promoting the reputation of the business and services provided.

- You will have the RTW witin the UK - this role does not offer sponsorship.

The role is office based Monday to Friday, with potentially some oncall requirements, and the possiblitiy of WFH at times
