IT Support Engineer – Leeds / Hybrid - West Yorkshire
£26k - £30k + up to 20% bonus | 35-hour week | Excellent benefits
A successful and growing organisation is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their friendly support team. You’ll provide remote, email, and in-person support to a wide user base, working with a range of technologies.
The role: IT Support Engineer
Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
Manage service desk tickets and deliver routine maintenance
Contribute to a variety of IT projects
Hybrid role – mostly remote, with travel to Leeds as neededWhat we’re looking for:
Proven IT support experience (2nd line)
Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory
Experience with Intune, PowerShell, Fresh Service, Entra ID – desirable
Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsThe package:
35-hour week
Up to 30 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy/sell 5 more)
