Job title: Assistant Site Manager

Salary: £48,000 – £52,000

Location: Hemel Hempstead

O’Neil and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time Assistant Site Manager for a residential project based in Hemel Hempstead. Our client is Assistant Site Managers with strong experience of managing from 1st fix to handover on housing schemes.

As an assistant site manager, you will assist with supervising the internal stages of a residential construction site. You will help site managers in developing practical work schedules and procuring construction supplies. You will also assist crews with preparing the construction site before the construction project starts.

To be considered for this role, you must have;

* Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager position within the Construction industry

* Strong experience on Traditional Build residential schemes.

* Demonstrated experience of managing 1st fix to handover

* The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead

* CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS/SSSTS
