Compliance & Contract Officer, Stoke to £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance and Contract Officer to join one of the world leading leisure brands. Due to growing they are requiring a Compliance Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring that all agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards. You will play a key role in mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance within the UK and across Europe.

* Contract Management Skills, including contract reviewing and attention to detail

* Compliance Expertise, including regulatory knowledge (i.e. GDPR)

* Familiar with internal audits and ensuring compliance with internal polices and external regulations

* Ability to develop and implement internal policies that align with legal and regulatory requirements

* Strong ability to identify and assess risks associated with contracts and regulatory compliance

* Critical thinking skills, with the capacity to analyse complex situations, legal texts, and compliance issues to provide well-reasoned advice and solutions
