Site Manager required to work on a super-prime residential project in Hampshire.

The project itself is a major refurbishment (£90m+) of a 17th Century private country estate of more than 2000+ acres. The company is a well-established, prestigious, family run building contractor that specialises in renovation, extension and refurbishments of period and bespoke one-off properties.

The Site Manager would be working on the refurbishment of an amazing and large Grade II listed property. You will make up part of a site management team and be assigned areas / sections of work to manage and bring to completion. Experience of listed buildings, or old properties, or high-end residential is required, as is the ability to fit in to a large site team.

This position could also be referred to as a Site Manager or Construction Manager
