The Company:
A very well-established industrial solutions provider

Main duties:
Ensuring that all invoices are paid on time and chased if still outstanding.

The Role:
- Manage email inbox and answer or escalate all enquiries
- Accurately process invoices in order to maintain complete financial records
- Accounts reconciliation and correct any discrepancies for accurate reporting
- Set up clients’ payment details and ensure these are kept up to date
- Closing all ledgers in time for the month-end

The candidate:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in a financial role (ideally in similar role)
- Confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Data driven with a strong attention to detail
- IT literate

Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience
