A dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The Senior Building Surveyor will be joining an established team of close-knit professionals to support a wide variety of high-profile projects, with a primary focus on the commercial property sector.

In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will also be responsible for providing professional services such as pre-acquisition surveys, schedule of condition, dilapidations, planned maintenance and party wall.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own project portfolio, develop key client relationships and support with strategic business development.

MRICS qualification is preferred
Proven professional services and project delivery experience
