Business Development Manager

£60-£65k + Package (negotiation)

Business Development & Marketing:

* Business expansion that aligns with the company vision, company objectives, and marketing goals. Aid the winning of work and increase turnover.

* Build and maintain relationships

* Manage visible pipeline of opportunities

* Elevate the company visibility within chosen sectors:

o Healthcare o Education o Leisure o Commercial o Industrial o Residential

* Establish and lead a long-term marketing strategy that reflects market trends & funding streams

* Managing existing client relationships

* Positively influence business reputation

* Attend relevant industry events

Bid / Tender:

* Ensure that all procurement portals are checked for new contract opportunities

* Coordinate with the Preconstruction Team

* Where required supplement our current resources to complete/co-ordinate tender bid quality documents (PQQ & ITT)

* Prepare tender presentations where required

* Manage the company website and ensure that it remains relevant to business
