Position: Manufacturing Controller

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Bolton

Rates: £15.50 per hour - rising to £16.55 per hour (PAYE)

Our client, a large Aerospace and Defence supplier is looking for a Stores Controller to join them on a contract basis at their site in Bolton.

Overview:

You will be tasked with managing the stores and inventory, issue and receipt of stock and support manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Stock control and shelf life management.
Load manufacturing cells with jobs per schedules.
Packing and tooling management.
Update inventory records.
Kitting and logistics support.Required Skills:

Experience in stores/manufacturing control.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Manual handling and lifting training.
ESD training.Desirable Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Forklift licence.
