This Slough based Housing Association are looking to hire a Business Analyst to oversee the wider organisation and to ensure data is being collected correctly and being utilised effectively.

They have their residents at the heart of everything they do. Their standards of high-quality data and smooth-running systems are essential for providing an exceptional service to their community.

You have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how this Housing Association manage their services. You will be working closely with the digital and information services team to deliver accurate data to stakeholders and the wider community.

You will be involved in end-to-end processes from detailed investigations of systems, carrying out data screening to establish root causes, working through the solutions and adapting processes to deliver improvements.

You will be able to learn new and develop existing skills through their commitment to drive personal growth and development within the business. You can take the lead on the training & development opportunities you wish to enrol onto.

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

* The Social Housing Sector

* Data-Driven Insights

* Delivery and review of KPI’s

* Cross department collaboration

* Stakeholder and Board level engagement.

This role is hybrid with 2 days a week onsite at their office in Slough.

The salary on offer is £50,000 with some great benefits.
