Full time qualified social worker for the Front Door Team Knowsley

36hr per week Monday - Friday

Hybrid working although at least 2 office days per week

* Fast paste team responsible for SCNA, MCA, Safeguarding, Risk assessments etc.

* Short term intervention to assess and try and ensure service users maximise own needs and do not become reliant of services unnecessarily

Work alongside Rapid Response and other professionals services
