Hire Supervisor- Bristol – Fusion Utilities

 As a Hire Supervisor based in Bristol you’ll be responsible for:  

Supervising a team of 7 staff, including Engineers, Hire Coordinators and Operations Assistants. This will involve delegating tasks and running performance reviews

Responding to customer queries via email and phones in a prompt manner, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times

Working closely with other branches across the country to ensure stock profile is correct

Attending offsite customer visits or welcoming our customers onsite

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 7.00am – 5.00pm.

Previous hire experience is desirable

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail to lead our hire division

Previous supervisory experience is desirable

To be sales driven to grow our hire division and to be hands on to lead our team by example
