Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Wrexham.

Located in Wrexham, Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to make a positive impact in a secondary school. As a crucial member of the team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons, providing targeted support to students with varying abilities to ensure their individual learning needs are met.

The role involves implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, as well as assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting. Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.

To qualify, candidates must:

Possess a relevant Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant
Have relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant
Adaptability to different classroom settings, effective collaboration with teaching staff and support professionals
A current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check are essential requirements.
Be registered with the EWC - or willing to pay to be
