The Facilities General Assistant will support with daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient asset management and stock control. You will coordinate procedures and communicate information to the appropriate personnel, while driving effective maintenance processes.
About you:
The Facilities General Assistant will manage daily maintenance tasks, ensuring over 90% compliance and timely response to client requests. Key duties include asset management, coordinating with contractors, overseeing stock levels, and attending essential meetings. Your main tasks will include PAT testing, water hygiene, manual handling, basic electrical and plumbing, painting, and fire evacuation systems.
You will have:
Proven experience in maintenance
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, building regulations, and environmental standards
Proficiency in maintenance software and tools
