Position: Class 1 Steel Flat Bed- Tramping
Location: Astley
Salary:

Days £15:00ph- £16.81

Umbrella- £17:00

Nights- £16:00-£17.93

Umbrella- £18:00

Plus £25 per night out allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00am starts – Tramping- (up to 5 nights out a week) -(Flexible)

Info: We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Astley area, we are looking for multiple HGV C+E drivers with experience with steel and flatbed to work for a company that is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional Class 1 drivers to join our dynamic team. Whether you're looking for weekday shifts, or night runs, we have opportunities available to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Trunking work only

* No handballing

* Safely operate a flat bed trailer

* Strapping work is a must

* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various destinations.

* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle conditions, and any incidents.

* Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license.

* Digital Tachograph card Required

* CPC Driver Qualification card

* Minimum of 1 year experience as a Class 1Driver due to insurance purposes

* Tramping up to 5 night a week

* Steel work experience due to nature of the job

* Flat bed experience

* Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.

* A professional attitude with excellent time-management skills.

* No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes
