Key Responsibilities:
* Managing cost estimates, budgets, and project expenditure with guidance from senior colleagues.
* Preparing tender documents, contracts, and procurement plans.
* Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and provide detailed reports.
* Building relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Supporting senior QS staff in delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Around 3 years post-graduate experience in quantity surveying.
* Background: Proven experience in residential and social housing projects is essential.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
