What You’ll Do
Take the Lead: Manage projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional results.
Plan and Execute: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while effectively managing resources and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
Maintain Excellence: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and uphold compliance with all regulations.
Keep Things Moving: Manage change requests, resolve challenges, and provide stakeholders with regular updates and insights. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in delivering successful construction projects.
Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a solutions-driven mindset.
A construction-related degree (RICS qualifications or equivalent are a plus).
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Industrial project experience is a bonus, but not essential. What’s in It for You?
