Head of Finance - PE Backed Energy Business

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to join a fast growing energy business with ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

As the new Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations for the UK division, while building a collaborative relationship with the Group business. This highly visible role demands a hands on approach to developing the UK finance function. You will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, provide accurate analysis, and support the company’s growth trajectory.

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional.

Experience: Proven leadership in finance within the energy sector or similar asset-heavy, fast-paced industries (infrastructure, facilities, manufacturing, etc.).

Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen and hands on experience in daily financial operations.

Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing finance teams.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking: Commercially savvy with the capability to deliver actionable insights for business improvement.

Adaptability: Willing to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs.

What's On Offer:

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
