Operations Manager - MEP Facilities Management

Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading building services recruitment agency in North England. A long-standing Client has engaged our services to assist them with recruiting an Operations Manager for their service and maintenance / FM division.

This FM business is a division within a larger building services group of Companies led by one of the region’s best-known building services professionals. With a turnover of around £3M and a five-year plan to double this, they seek to expand the business. This appointment is key to that plan for growth.

As Operations Manager, you will lead the business and be responsible for overall profit and loss. You will manage a small team of Contract Supervisors, a service desk, and Engineering Operational staff and report directly to the National Operations Director.

For this role, we are looking to speak to Candidates with a facilities management background and a technical grounding in hard services—MEP building services. You will have a track record of success in the role and a deep understanding of the complexities of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Compliance Services and the fast-paced nature of this provision.
