Kirkland Associates are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients award winning team to develop product designs from concept through to production. Based in Derbyshire close to Nottingham this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate engineer.

Mechanical Design Engineer - The role:

Mechanical Design on new & existing products
Product development & costings
High quality modelling and drawing creation to industry standards Mechanical Design Engineer - The candidate:

Engineering degree with a strong mechanical element
Experienced in engineering systems & mechanical design
Experienced in design for manufacture & assembly
Working knowledge of 3D CAD - SolidWorks
