My client is seeking a Senior Finance Family Solicitor to join thier busy and successful firm. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, mediation and private law children cases.

You will:

* Perform case management handling a variety of family law cases focusing on divorce, civil partnership dissolution, and financial matters.

* Provide mediation services to resolve family disputes outside of court.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.

* Offer high-quality legal advice and representation to clients with a focus on client care.

* Ensure exceptional standards of confidentiality.

* Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on case progress.

* Conduct mediation sessions for clients, focusing on resolving issues related to divorce, finances, and child arrangements.

* Prepare mediation agreements and ensure compliance with legal standards.

* Participate in business development activities to attract new clients.

* Network with other professionals and organisations to promote the firm's services.

* Contribute to marketing efforts, including writing blogs and attending events.

* Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

* Ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures, including those related to risk management and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Post Qualified Solicitor experinece with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law.

* Proven experience in handling private family law matters.

* Accreditation as a family mediator.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong organisational and time management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in using legal case management software.
