Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in logistics, micromobility, or fleet operations
Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting is highly preferred
Leadership & Communication: Ability to train, guide, and manage a team effectively, ensuring high engagement and performance
Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with operational software and tools relevant to fleet and logistics management
Compliance Focus: Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in fleet or warehouse environments

Responsibilities

As an Operations Team Lead, you will:

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operatives to meet performance targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment
Operational Setup: Oversee the establishment of processes at the new site, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company standards
Logistics & Fleet Coordination: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely distribution of assets
Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies
Mechanical Oversight: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, diagnosing minor mechanical issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring operational efficiency
Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on site performance, challenges, and key developments
