Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services for the company.
* Maintain and update supplier relationships, ensuring effective communication and performance monitoring.
* Support in negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
* Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation.
* Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for materials.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement regulations.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role (preferred).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with procurement software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation.
