About the Company

Our client is a global leader in international shipping services, with over 25 years of trusted expertise in moving goods across borders. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a talented Project Liaison Lead Coordinator to spearhead an exciting new project within their established team.

Role Overview

As the Project Liaison Lead Coordinator, you'll take the lead in ensuring the smooth execution of a complex project, overseeing multiple work streams, and driving progress towards deadlines. Your organisational prowess and excellent communication skills will be critical in keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project management initiatives across multiple work-streams, ensuring all aspects stay on track.
Manage and update reports to monitor project status, progress, and deliverables.
Chase progress, escalate issues when needed, and maintain control of project time-lines and deadlines.
Manage document control processes and ensure that key documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project life-cycle.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in project management, particularly in environments involving the movement of goods or logistics (desirable).
Strong skills in report management, progress tracking, and deadline management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work-streams while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
