As a Trainee Estimator, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of an experienced team. This role is ideally suited for a school/college leaver who is eager to gain practical experience and progress their career in the construction industry or someone already working as a Junior/Trainee Estimator.

Responsibilities:

Assist the estimating team in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Analyse project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to identify materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
Collaborate with the project team to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimation.
Support in sourcing and obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of estimations and related documentation.Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
