Start Date: January 2025 (1 week handover in December)
End Date: July 2025 (possibility to extend)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant or Teacher who is able to teach small-group and occasional whole-class lessons for a fantastic school in Ealing. They are a two-form entry inclusive and progressive school with excellent facilities housed in a modern building including large well-equipped classrooms, a library, ICT suite, and an extensive outdoor area including a Forest School, pond area, a large playing field and a wide range of playground equipment for the children. The salary will be negotiable based on experience and qualifications. There is possibility for advancement.

About the Role:

Teach small groups various subject areas in KS1 and sometimes KS2
Occasionally be able to cover whole classes if needed.
Lead interventions as needed to promote individual progress.
Create engaging learning resources to foster academic development.
Support students who may have SEN needs.Requirements:

HLTA or relevant teaching qualification.
Excellent communications skills both spoken and written English.
2+ years minimum experience working as an HLTA or teacher including whole class teaching.
Interested in a 2-term placement initially (Jan - July 2025) with a view to extending to the Autumn term 2025 and then possibly a permanent role directly with the school
A Bachelor's degree is ideal, but not essential.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
