* Arranging engineers’ visits

* Working in line with company processes and targets

* Liaising with management and colleagues across various departments

Experience required for Customer Service Advisors:

* Demonstrate excellent customer service experience

* Able to use Microsoft platforms

* Experienced upselling products and services to meet customers’ requirements

* Passion to learn new skills, positive and determined to succeed
