As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, working closely with teachers to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons
Support individual students or small groups in their learning activities
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Prepare and organise classroom resources and materials
Assist in the supervision of students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips
Support the implementation of school policies and proceduresRequirements:

A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development
Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
