Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Blackpool branch to develop and grow a hot perms desk whilst managing a small team of Consultants.

About the Role:

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Perms Billing Manager in Blackpool will include:

Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
Working to KPI's and understanding of your sales pipeline
Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Regular weekly client visits and therefore you will need be a driver with access to your own vehicle
Outbound Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visits to see clients
Best practice administration and record keeping
Managing day to day and developing a team of Consultants
