Retail Sales Assistant-Furniture Store
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: £25000 - £27000 per annum depending on experience.
As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in the NW5 area welcoming customers in and talking to them about our prestigious Scandanavian furniture.
Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
* Accurately complete customer orders
* Replying to emails and online enquiries
* Social Media
* Make sure the store looks its best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed.
* Help to make sure our store is a warm, friendly, safe, welcoming environment for everyone within them.
Hours:
Monday - Sunday 10am-6pm (Flexible)
While sales experience can sometimes be an advantage, it’s not a game-changer – personality and the ability to learn new skills is just as important!
We’re looking for the following qualities:
* Sales driven with a passion for driving a 5 star customer experience
* Flexibility to work shift patterns
* Knowledge of using Shopify/Google Ads advantageous
* Have basic computer skills such as excel,word & outlook office
* A bubbly and welcoming personality - no mood hoovers
