Job Title: Mobile Site Supervisor
Location: Central London
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mobile Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects across Central London. You will supervise trades on projects ranging from £2k to £100k, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate trades across multiple high-end residential sites in Central London.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the premium standards expected in luxury residential work.

* Maintain strict health and safety protocols on site.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

* A valid UK Driving Licence.

* A strong trade background (Plumber, Carpenter, etc.).

* SMSTS certification is essential.

* Experience in high-end residential projects is highly desirable.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Willingness to commute to various locations across London.
