The Role: 

Team Leadership and Engagement responsibilities. 
Performance Management of your team and tailor make training programmes with the data available. 
Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving capabilities. 
Client Relationship Management.What is required of you (essentials)? 

Extensive knowledge within conveyancing
Evidence of billings information and ability to meet targets.
Managerial experience - Minimum of 6 Months 
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong competency in data analysis and management information systems.
