MMP Consultancy are currently seeking a Retrofit Project Manager for a Local Authority in South London on a 24 Month fixed term contract basis paying £48,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) on a hybrid basis.

Job Requirements:

Strong ability to lead housing Retrofit projects for social housing contracts.
Proven experience with project management on Retrofit programmes.
Ability to deliver a wide range of decarbonisation programmes.
Ability to lead a Retrofit programme budget including issuing of interim and final certificates, agreeing final accounts, maintaining, and monitoring budget expenditure.
