We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based in Bathgate for one of our clients on a 6 month contract basis. Our client is a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of the Administrator
Administer all processes and procedures with regard to warranties, new service agreements and renewal of existing service agreements.
Enter service agreements and renewals into the system.
Assist with projects.
Inputs engineer timesheets to produce monthly information required for payroll.
Maintains day-to-day invoicing and service work in progress.
Monitor queries.
Create reports.
Requirements for a successful Administrator
Previous Administration experience within a similar industry is essential.
Strong IT skills.
Experience creating and amending reports.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
