Bowland Recruitment have been retained by a highly successful London based MEP Building Services Sub-Contractor to recruit a Senior Mechanical Estimator.

From design and build, through to full electrical and mechanical installations, and complete fit-out, My client aims to provide their clients with a complete and professional turnkey approach to project management.

I am looking to recruit a seasoned building services estimating professional:

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Submission of Mechanical Tenders

* Ensuring all deadlines are met

* Liaising with clients & contractors

* Variations

* Procurement

* Finalise tender bids

* Secure contracts

* Handovers

* Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations

* Measuring and take offs for materials and labour

Candidate requirements:

* Strong communication skills

* Experience working within an M&E Contractor

* Relevant qualifications

£70/100K Plus Package
