Job Description

Heels & Brogues Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-known client to support their growing team of Service Advisors based in Maidstone. As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing bookings for vehicle services and repairs in a busy commercial centre. You’ll ensure a seamless customer experience, providing expert advice and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for booking vehicle services and repairs using the management system.

* Handle incoming calls, assist with customer inquiries, and resolve concerns, offering excellent service as a Service Advisor.

* Maintain accurate customer records, updating the system and recommending additional services when appropriate.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, always upholding the professionalism expected of a Service Advisor.

* Ensure excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the service process.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customer bookings as a Service Advisor.

* Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to service.

* Team player with a passion for customer retention and delivering results as a Service Advisor.

* IT literate with attention to detail (full training provided).

* Previous experience in the motor trade or as a Service Advisor (preferred).
