Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking to take on a new challenge with a reputable and child-invested provider? This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD home for one of Greater Manchester’s most respected residential childcare organisations.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full setup, registration, and leadership of a newly built home in Hale Barns, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a unique opportunity to shape the service from the ground up, working closely with a supportive senior leadership team who are passionate about quality care and long-term impact.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ An experienced Registered Manager within residential childcare

✔ Strong understanding of EBD and trauma-informed care

✔ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build successful teams

✔ Knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and compliance
