Are you a passionate Maths Graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? Do you have a strong mathematical mindset and the desire to inspire young learners? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our secondary schools in Colchester as a Maths Graduate, supporting students in their academic progress.

This role is ideal for a Maths Graduate considering a future in teaching, offering hands-on experience in the classroom, assisting teachers, and working with students on a 1:1 and small-group basis. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills while making a real impact on students’ learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Maths department in lesson preparation and classroom activities.
Work with students to strengthen their understanding of mathematical concepts.
Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions for students needing extra support.
Assist in tracking student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
Help create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Inspire students to reach their full potential.
Requirements:

A degree in Mathematics (or a related subject).
A strong passion for education and student development.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
