Debt Management Administrator
A market leading FCA Financial Institution are looking to expand their team!
Job Details:
* Location: Leeds City Centre
* Day Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
* Job Type: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Admin focused role
* Collecting data from clients in relation to their debt, to create an income and expenditure report to create a budget.
* Offer guidance and support to individuals struggling with debt, helping them understand their options and navigate the debt management process.
* Show empathy, compassion and resilience with clients.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications, payments, and other relevant information related to the debt management plan.
* Ensure that all actions are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Good attention to detail
Experience working with vulnerable people / in a similar role is desirable
Customer service experience is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft systems
